The Turbine in the picture is on my car. In the case the stud mounts are broken the broken stud mount is taken off the wheel cover and replaced with billet aluminum tapped 5/16's by 18 and away we go. Hardware is replaced as needed. When you receive my goods they are ready to put on your car. The investment varies from $1200-$1650 for a complete set. All sets get NORS emblems -
